When comparing a file in two different patch sets and pressing 'f', the changes
from base -> the right hand patch set are shown, instead of left -> right.
E.g. go to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/39781/3..4/hooks.txt and press
'f'
You currently see the differences between the parent commit and the right hand
side commit. You should see the differences between the two patch sets though,
like when on the change screen and changing the 'Old Version History' dropdown
box.
