Steps to reproduce ::
1) Install 'It's All Text! 1.3.1' Add-on on Firefox and configure it for Note
Pad
2) Select an article for editing
3) Use external editor for changing the content
4) Save the content in the editor
<<Changes were added to the Edit Area. The 'Save Draft' button was not
enabled>>
Expected Outcome::
Button shall be enable when there are changes.

* Initially Disabled to indicate no change
* Enabled upon change
