Note that the app is installable in Firefox Aurora for at least Android as well
as Firefox OS itself.
Hitting the hardware 'back' button closes the application entirely, which is a
bit surprising.
If we redo the internal history stuff to use the browser's natural history
stack we can probably avoid this, but this is low-priority as most people won't
be installing the Firefox app on Android. But they might...
