Steps to reproduce ::
1) Create a new article and few Drafts
2) Select the article for editing
3) Click 'Show Preview' button
4) Change the content of Original article and click 'Save Draft'
5) Click on Edit tab soon after changing the caption to 'Saved'

Observation ::
The draft is listed if user waits for few seconds (10s) after changing the
caption to 'Saved'
This is also applicable for 'Show Changes' is clicked (in step 3)
Expected Outcome::
New drafts shall be available when user is acknowledged (Cation is changed to
'Saved')
