As an automated moderation tool, we propose to build a new 'Auto-archive'
feature to remove from the 'Unreviewed' filter comments that are not found
helpful after a certain period of time.

Note that the custom archiving feature has not yet been fully described, so we
may want to start with a simple version of this tool for now, then see if the
custom archiving feature is necessary.
