Not sure if it's a problem with the extension's configuration or code or with
the wiki's configuration, but it's not nice to get duplicate notifications when
usual enotif is still working (as it should per bug 41839).
Please disable "Notify me by e-mail when someone... Posts on my talk page" by
default, or set "Do not send me any e-mail notifications" by default in Echo's
"How often I receive notifications by e-mail".
