Steps to reproduce ::
1) Create an article with headings defined using HTML and WikiMarkup
2) Save the changes and check the page structure , link etc
<< Appearance is same for both. But edit link appears (sections) only for
WikiMarkup>>
Expected Outcome::
It would be better if both are considered as same.
Test Environment ::
OS : Vista , DB : MySQL 5.1.33 , PHP : 5.2.9-2, MediaWiki : 1.15.0
