I wanted to use {{DISPLAYTITLE:GIT tl;dr}} on
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Git/TLDR but it does not work. I suppose, it has
never been enabled as explained in
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgAllowDisplayTitle .
Please enable it on mediawiki.org
