I then tried to change the same text to a link by changing the line to the following: bar:Akerfeldt text:"Mikael Åkerfeldt" link:http://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikael_Åkerfeldt Like the first attempt the text "Mikael Åkerfeldt" was blue but not clickable.
