Actually, this is kind of odd. I don't see any reason deleting a single
revision of an image (I'm assuming you pressed the "delete" link at the left of
the image history table for an image version that was not the most recent one)
would cause the servers to cry. All that needs to be done is move one file
around, move one row, delete some cached thumbs. Nothing that should be too
taxing on the server.
