This bug is related to bug no. 19115 localize word "references"
still I want to report this bug separately so may be can achive some minimum
level to make it more userfreindly.I am going ahead with the request since I am
under impression that enhancement can be achived like for various magic words
in mediawiki software.
The new bug to accept atleast localisation of <ref name=features /> (reference
name) in this fuction in Devnagari Script(Usefull to Marathi,Hindi and Nepali
Language wiki project besides such enhancement may benefit many other non
roman script languages) .
When I tried to use
<ref name=फिचर/> in devnagari script it did not take it.I had to
compusorily give name in english language(roman script).This is bit awkward
because I can not use an author's or books name in local language.besides it
increases support requirement in wikification and guding new users
so please do localise <ref name= /> to accept value in devnagari and other non
roman scripts.
