When I go to <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:SpecialPages?uselang=de>,
nearly the entire interface is localized, but the individual Special page
entries are not. I think this is a bit bizarre. I'd expect the Special page
names to be in the specified uselang, as that data should be available to
MediaWiki.
