I am not a person who loves preferences.  I hate them, in fact.  I believe
that, in most cases, the addition of a preference means that the software was
not designed correctly in the first place.

However, in the case of dyslexia (or, say, colorblindness), it is perfectly
okay for us to add a preference for "use dyslexia styles" or "use colorblind
styles".  

These preferences should be built into the account creation process, too, but
asked as questions:

"Would you like to enable color-blind styles?"

"Would you like to enable dyslexia styles?"

Bam. Simple.
