The interface messages MediaWiki:Commentbox-first-comment-heading[1] and
MediaWiki:Commentbox-regex[2] are redundant to each-other since both contain
basically the same text.
There should be basically one message with the text
Comments
The extension should then wrap this message with the required stuff to create
both the regex and the heading by itself. Having this translated twice is just
a waste of time, with possibility of disaster with bad regexes.
