Currently, the user is allowed to input a summary longer than will be shown in
the page's history.
For an example, on [[Special:Log]], the summary of [1] is complete, but on
diffs[2] and on the history[3] it is truncated.
Either the user should not be allowed to type more characters than would appear
in the history or the history should display the whole content which is in the
log (or even a link to the log, where the user could see the remaining
summary).
