Creation of and edits to course pages show up as Log events, rather than
Contributions.
This is confusing especially for users who have created a course page, and then
after navigating away, are trying to find a link back to it.
Edits to course pages should be treated like edits to regular wiki pages, in
terms of how they show up in Special:Contributions.
On a closely related note, a course talk page should be automatically added to
a user's watchlist when they create the course page (as would happen when
creating a regular page, with default preferences).
