Changing the state dropdown (in progress, needs updating etc) on the
translation interface has absoultely no effect on Meta. I'm not sure what is
supposed to happen, but given that it has an invisible submit button next to
it, I would expect it to fire off an AJAX request. Nothing like that happens
(clicking on the button has no effect either).
