It clutters https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/enter_bug.cgi and it was only used 6
times.
andre__> Closing for new bug entry also means that you cannot move reports to
that product anymore, but I think that's not a big loss here.
They could as well just be moved to whatever component and marked INVALID if
they're not already.
