Our India partner needs to have the Non-IP warning banner disabled (in India).
The issue is that some of their IP ranges are from Blackberry, which uses
proxies that are not identifiable by us as valid traffic from this partner.
This causes a lot of support calls for this carrier for a valid zero rating
situation.
