The following extensions (unless merged to core) should be integrated in the
tarball by make-release, considering that there's consensus on the link page
for bundling or even merging, i.e. some support apart from the proposer and no
opposes/doubts:
Cite, ImageMap, Interwiki, Title Blacklist, SpamBlacklist, Poem
CheckUser and SyntaxHighlight GeSHi have support but some old doubts which seem
obsoleted but are not (yet) marked as such; CategoryTree may lack sufficient
support in light of Brion's comment (8 June 2011).
