The new version of extension distributor is mis-labeling the tar files as
REL1_20. The sha1s are correct for all branches (and rel1_19 and rel_20 look
correct), but for some reason the filenames for master are including REL1_20.
Again, the actual file *contents* are correct, just the file *names* are wrong.
Not entirely sure why, yet.
