The "Description" box in the course page editing/submission interface should be
a full-sized edit window. Several early users have perceived it to only be able
to contain a small amount of information (ie, a short description of the
course) and were looking for a more traditional wiki page to enter arbitrary
information. A full-sized edit window will cue users to treat it as they would
a conventional wiki page, adding whatever content and markup they need.
Per bug 43860, it should not be called "Description" either, in the editing
interface. "Course information" would a good alternative for the editing
interface; it does not need a title when actually displayed.
