At Special:OnlineAmbassadors, a user's ambassador profile will still be
included even if that user no longer has the ''online volunteer'' user right.
(I assume the is true for Campus Ambassadors.)
Once the ''online volunteer'' user right is removed, a user no longer has
access to Special:OnlineAmbassadorProfile, so even if he or she wishes, it
appears to be impossible to remove the user from the list of ambassadors
(without regaining the user right and then unselecting the display publicly
option).
Only profiles of users who currently have the relevant user right should appear
at Special:OnlineAmbassadors and Special:CampusAmbassadors.
