For course pages that have a Table of Contents, the Students table at the
bottom does not appear as part of the TOC. For example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education_Program:Example_College/Test_Course_%282013_Q1%29
Having a link in the TOC straight to that table will be useful for complex
course pages.
