Steps to reproduce ::
1) Install and Configure MediWiki with PostgreSQL
2) Try to run Drafts.sql script against DB.
<<The given script is for MySQL and does not support for PostgreSQL and other
DBs>>
Expected Outcome::
Extension shall support the DBs supported by MediWiki.
