IE9 errors uploading in UW
I haven't yet looked at IE8/IE7, but this screen shot from IE9 run manually on
crossbrowertesting.com is instructive:
* thumbnail failed
* error msg. "Unknown warning: "thumbname, stashfailed""
Note: Firefox and Chrome seem OK, only IEs are failing
