            Bug ID: 44078
Summary: Cursor jumps when backspacing character after alien
                    node
           Product: VisualEditor
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: ContentEditable
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected],
                    [email protected], [email protected]
    Classification: Unclassified
   Mobile Platform: ---

Steps to reproduce:
1. Find a paragraph that has an inline node (alien or entity) in it, but not at
the end
2. Move the cursor to the end of the paragraph
3. Repeatedly press backspace
4. When there is only one remaining character after the inline node, pressing
backspace will remove that character (correct) and move the cursor to the
beginning of the line (bad)
