Steps to reproduce ::
1) Start creating a long document so that there is a vertical scrollbar in the
Text Area
2) Drag the scrollbar to middle (or bottom)
3) Save the document as a draft
4) Open the draft for editing
<<Scrollbar is not positioned to previous location>>
Expected Outcome::
Scroll bar shall be positioned to saved location.
Note :: It works fine in Firefox 3.0.11, Opera 9.64 , Chrome 2, Safari 4
Test Environment ::
OS : Vista , DB : MySQL 5.1.33 , PHP : 5.2.9-2, MediaWiki : 1.15.0
Browser : IE 8
