pyflakes is a Python linting tool which has clue about the code unlike pep8
which is only about style.
We should:
- get pyflakes installed on gallium
- update the job macro in Jenkins job builder
- update Zuul layout
We probably want to regroup pep8 and pyflakes in the same job to avoid massive
copy pasting in Zuul layout.yaml.
