I have often observed that the icons for some of the buttons don't show up on
load, in particular the signature button and the first two, sometimes also the
fourth I think.
The icons show up on hovering and even when I press the stamp key to get a
screenshot, so I can't provide any; the signature button is the only one I
sometimes used and only on mediawiki.org, where I've now disabled the toolbar,
so I'm done with testing this bug.
