Someone apparently changed the group rights settings for the Hungarian
Wikipedia without consulting the community, and removed autoreview (and
autopatrolothers and possibly other rights) from the "confirmed" user group
(mistaking it for autoconfirmed, maybe?). As a result, revision flagging is
becoming unmaintainable. Please restore the previous configuration ASAP. The
new "autoreviewer" user group is superfluous, as that is exactly what we
created "confirmed" for. (For more details, see bug 19875.)
