We would like a new option on Special:RenameUser (maybe a checkable box or
something) that would let the bureaucrat to trigger a log entry to appear on
Special:Contributions of the requesting username to show that the user was
renamed to a new username. The checkbox should be able to be left blank and not
trigger a log entry for [[WP:RTV]] situations. The log entry could be similar
to that which appears in the pink box on
