Special:OnlineAmbassadorProfile and Special:CampusAmbassadorProfile are
currently accessible to admins who are not Ambassadors (ie, do not have the
explicit ''course online volunteer'' or ''course campus volunteer'' rights).
Although admins should have access to the rest of the features of the
extension, they won't have a need to set up profiles unless they are
Ambassadors, and it's a source of confusion that they have the ability to do
so.
