When you call action=parse with page containing an interwiki prefix an error
should be thrown.
Currently the page without iw prefix is parsed, title and displaytitle in the
response have the iw prefix. See
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=parse&page=de:API&format=jsonfm for
an example. This might be related to bug 43763.
