Since I understand, why the whole form on filters' editing page is disabled, I
do not understand why the "Preview selected message" and "Create/Edit selected
message" buttons are disabled. They disallow those who are looking for the
filter details to look easily what message actually is being displayed after
triggering the specific filter.
Can we get these buttons to be enabled?
