It was brought to my attention at
http://eu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lankide_eztabaida:Theklan#40.000_articles that the
Basque (eu) Wikipedia wishes to be able to occasionally modify its logo.
I locally uploaded the wiki's logo as Wiki.png, and Theklan (an eu.wp
administrator) protected it. The URL is:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/eu/b/bc/Wiki.png
