There is currently no way to link to an arbitrary revision of a page using
internal link markup. This forces MW users to use external link syntax when
referring to an internal oldid.
Can we introduce markup to support internal linking of oldids, e.g.:
[[::123::]]
[[Foo::123]]
would both render as links to http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?oldid=123
(I am not suggesting we use actual colons, but you get the point).
