Hi Cary,
We, the Affective Meta Tutor research group from Arizona State University, are
using Wikimedia to support our research work.
We want to create a mailing list to our internal use, could you help us with
this?
I have some confusion regarding the information you are requesting in order to
create the mailing list.
1) requested last name: Did you mean by this, my last email? if so, my last
name is Chavez.
2) reasoning/explanation of purpose (and community consensus, if applicable).
As I mention before we are using Wikimedia to support and document our
reasearch group. As part of our communication tools we require an mailing list,
in this case it should be a private (only for our members) list.
3) initial list admin address. Could you help me with this? I do not understand
what do you mean by that.
