Log entries appear for many "updates" to courses that are impossible to track
down. Recent entries from this user, a student in one of the courses, don't
show up anywhere but the course log:

The log history of the course listed in that log doesn't show any activity from
that user:

The user is also not enrolled on the course page, so I'm clueless as to what
those updates in the log mean.
