When you use [[Special:MovePage]] it is not possible to set the minor edit
flag. When you enable minordefault in
[[Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing]] your moves get marked as minor
edit.
Either
1) make a possibility to enable and disable the minor edit flag on
[[Special:MovePage]]
or
2) ignore the setting of minordefault on moves.
I think the option 2 is satisfactory.
