On course pages, students will sometimes enter the url of the article they are
editing instead of the article title. If a student enters a Wikipedia url, it
should be automatically converted to the the intended article.

As of now, a student has signed up to edit the article
"Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet Union and the United Nations"
