Currently, Special:MyCourses displays a feed of course-related activity for
each course a user is connected to. These feeds for individual classes to
should be available to any user.
Special:MyCourses/[course page title] should be able to display the feed for
any course. And the feed for a particular course should be linked from a new
tab on the course page labled "Course activity" (or similar).
