Currently errors are ignored -- if a file fails to upload it'll just be deleted
from the list as if it had succeeded, with silent failure.
Need to detect errors, report them back to the user, and *stop the upload
process*.
* error result from API (bad login, file was invalid, etc)
* error in networking (HTTP error result, HTTP connection got cut off, etc)
