For the forthcoming Template Inspector to work, we will need a way to "hint"
for the Inspector how the parameters of the VE should be used - we're intending
for now for this to be a template-hinting extension that allows editors to
specify in the wikitext source what the parameters are called and how they
should be used, akin to the Template documentation template on Commons.
