The community of the Italian wikipedia thinks it's useful to have a function
"create link" or "add link" (instead of "edit links") for articles of wikipedia
that do not have a corresponding item of wikidata.
This link should not lead immediately to the [[Special: CreateItem]], but to
[[Special: Search]], perhaps by presetting the article title.
