Venus planet software doesn't attempt to encode URLs or considers them to be
ASCII.
This syntax worked well with old software.
I'm reporting upstream the bug and submitting a patch.
Meanwhile, I'll fix the URLs in the feed using proper é UTF-8 encoding
(%C3%A9).
This bug will track progress.
