If you want to create index pages for different volumes of the same work (like
volumes of magazines), you have to edit each index page with the form. Please
add a link or a button (maybe in the right corner) to switch between using the
form and the normal wiki textbox. It is easier to copy and paste the same data
and modify if after that.
