Created an item http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q4051020 with a single label
"Megafancy test item" and a descripton "Used during testing of searching,
please don't delete me (yet)!". After waiting several hours it is still not
possible to find the item through the ordinary search on Wikidata org, that is
http://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?search=Megafancy+test+item&button=&title=Special%3ASearch
The ordinary lookup through item disambiguation works
