This bug (that I started) is also about ctrl/shift/right/middle clicking the
search submit button, and getting the results list to show up in a new tab.

SearchSuggest is just for the drop-down list of suggestions, not the search
submit button. See 
*[[Search suggest drop-down list]].

In any browser you can already right-click a search suggestion from the
drop-down list and open the suggested page in a new tab or window via the
context menu. 

But only Chrome and Opera allow one to ctrl-click a search suggestion to get
the suggested page to open in a new tab.
