I'm confused. Part of the reason there is no such bug is because I don't really use Bugzilla to track what the team is actually working on. There are all kinds of outdated and irrelevant bugs floating around components we maintain at any given point in time. I also just find it a little silly to file "bugs" about major product changes like rewriting the core account creation interface.
